A Sales Assistant plays a key role in delivering an exceptional retail experience. You will handle daily store operations, assist customers, drive sales, maintain store standards, and support the management team in ensuring smooth store performance.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

1. Store Safety & Cleanliness

  • Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing store environment.

  • Ensure shop-floor hygiene and adherence to safety standards.

2. Customer Service Excellence

  • Welcome customers warmly and create a strong first impression.

  • Provide accurate product information and assist with customer inquiries.

  • Engage with customers throughout their shopping experience.

  • Thank and appreciate customers as they leave the store.

3. Sales & Product Support

  • Assist customers in fitting rooms and encourage additional purchases.

4. Cashier & Administrative Support
