About the Role
Dr. Sulaiman AlHabib Medical Centers is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to provide exceptional front-desk support, ensuring a seamless and compassionate experience for all patients. The ideal candidate will accurately register patient information, manage appointments, handle invoices, and serve as the first point of contact for patients visiting the medical center.
This role is key to maintaining a high standard of patient care from arrival to departure, reflecting the hospital’s commitment to excellence and personalized healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately register patient information in English and Arabic using the Patient Health Record System (VIDA).

Provide newly registered patients with their health record numbers.

Verify patient identity before issuing invoices and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Generate consultation and medical procedure invoices and submit collected cash and invoices to the Finance Department daily.

Check patient appointments and direct visitors accordingly.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Schedule future appointments and provide non-medical instructions regarding patient visits.

Attend to telephone inquiries and provide professional assistance.

Support person-centered care initiatives to enhance patient experience with compassion, respect, and dignity.

Perform additional tasks as required within the scope of knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: High School Diploma required; Diploma or College Graduate preferred.

Experience: Minimum 1 year in patient services or similar healthcare role.

Certification: Relevant healthcare or administrative certifications preferred.

Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and professionalism.
