Job Overview
Samaya Investment Company is seeking a motivated and ambitious Technical Support Specialist to join the team through the Tamheer Program. This position is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical IT support experience while working alongside experienced professionals.
You will be responsible for providing first-line technical assistance to employees, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and the ticketing system.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Install and configure operating systems, applications, and essential tools on employee devices.

Provide first-level support and user guidance on proper equipment usage.

Assist in managing user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.

Document technical issues, solutions, and common fixes in the support knowledge base.

Coordinate with the IT team to escalate unresolved issues when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma in Technical Support or a related technical field (secondary level).

Must be registered in the Tamheer program.

Strong understanding of computer hardware, troubleshooting, and operating systems (especially Windows).

Ability to analyze technical problems and provide effective solutions.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
