Job Overview – Sales Agent (Food & Beverage)
Jumeirah Group is seeking a proactive and guest-focused Sales Agent – Food & Beverage to support its dining operations at Jumeirah Jabal Omar Hotel. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong menu knowledge, and the ability to deliver outstanding guest service in a luxury setting.
Key Responsibilities

Provide clear and accurate information to guests about menu offerings, promotions, and F&B services.

Record guest preferences, special requests, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure satisfaction.

Resolve guest queries and support the overall guest journey.

Maintain detailed menu knowledge (IRD & restaurant).

Update daily information boards and assist in smooth shift handovers.

Collect guest feedback and support continual service improvement.
