Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and submit them to suppliers on time.

Coordinate with suppliers regarding order confirmation, delivery schedules, and documentation.

Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.

Enter and update procurement data in software systems and internal databases.

Generate procurement reports related to supplier performance and spending.

Maintain awareness of QHSE Management System and company policies.

Handle GRN processing, invoice reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, and documentation submission to Accounts for timely payment.
Required Skills & Experience

Previous experience in purchasing, logistics, or administration preferred.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Strong organizational ability and high attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with procurement or ERP software.

Basic knowledge of marine/offshore industry terminology is a plus.

Familiarity with inventory management systems.
