Key Responsibilities

Welcome patients, complete questionnaires, and perform initial needs assessments.

Coordinate appointments, procedures, and follow-ups across departments.

Manage insurance documentation and obtain administrative approvals.

Communicate with patients to confirm schedules and monitor treatment plans.

Support initiatives to enhance patient experience and service quality.
Required Qualifications

Diploma or university degree in a relevant field (preferably healthcare-related).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Prior experience in patient services, medical coordination, or healthcare administration is preferred.
