🔍 Job Description – What You Will Do
As the Senior Manager of Nutrition Field Operations, you will lead a high-performance team of Medical Field Managers and Medical Delegates. Your mission is to strengthen Nestlé’s medical nutrition presence by ensuring accurate, ethical, and effective communication with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and support annual business plans in collaboration with the Gulf Organization Manager.
✔ Ensure execution of medical field strategies, territory coverage plans, and healthcare professional engagement schedules.
✔ Manage and optimize PFME budgets to increase ROI across all channels.
✔ Monitor competitive landscape within infant formula and baby food categories and propose strategic recommendations.
✔ Lead monthly cycle meetings, update teams on new medical literature, and track action plans.
✔ Build strong collaboration with sales teams and key sales stakeholders.
✔ Evaluate and recommend participation in medical conferences and scientific events.
✔ Classify and segment Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) based on business value for optimized coverage.
✔ Drive performance cycles — PDP, Talent, and Succession Planning.
✔ Train and mentor Medical Field Managers and Medical Delegates for continual improvement.
✔ Manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), local BF coordinators, and maintain strong brand reputation.
✔ Ensure full compliance with WHO Code, Nestlé guidelines, and local regulations.
✔ Build strong partnerships with hospitals, the Ministry of Health, and nutrition departments.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Medicine, Nutrition, or Biology

8–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or nutrition field leadership
