About the Role – Center Manager
NADEC is hiring a highly driven Center Manager to lead sales performance, strengthen distribution networks, and ensure full availability of NADEC products across the assigned center. This role is ideal for a results-oriented FMCG sales professional with strong leadership and operational skills.
Purpose of the Role:
To drive sales, enhance distribution efficiency, maintain product availability, and ensure the center meets its annual revenue and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership

Execute annual sales plans aligned with NADEC’s strategy and business objectives.

Translate sales strategy into actionable operational plans for the center.

Monitor performance, budgets, and resource utilization to meet set targets.
Sales & Distribution Management
-
Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve or surpass annual sales goals.
-
Conduct market visits to check coverage, collect insights, and identify growth opportunities.

Support distributors and customers with updated product and service information.
-
Strengthen and maintain an efficient distribution network across the center.

Manage product inventory levels to support uninterrupted delivery operations.
Market Visibility & Customer Engagement

Coordinate with Marketing to ensure proper visibility and brand promotion.

Provide feedback and handle customer concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Administration & Compliance
-
Implement sales administration procedures and ensure process compliance.
-
Adhere to corporate policies, regulatory standards, and risk-management guidelines.
Team Leadership

Set clear objectives for team members and conduct regular performance reviews.

Provide development plans and performance feedback to drive employee growth.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in any field

Certification in Sales Management (preferred)
Experience:
-
5–7 years’ experience in FMCG or Dairy sector
-
Minimum 4 years of proven field sales experience
Skills:

Strong communication in English & Arabic

Good leadership and managerial skills

Analytical thinking & problem-solving abilities

Customer-focused mindset
-
Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations
Work Environment

Based in NADEC Jeddah office
-
Travel to other NADEC locations as required by business needs
