Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Guest Services & Front Office Operations

Deliver prompt and professional responses to guest inquiries.

Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.

Execute front office audits and administrative tasks as required.

Maintain a welcoming reception area and uphold Hilton brand service levels.
Customer Experience Excellence

Provide exceptional, personalized service to all guests.

Share guest feedback with the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors.

Maximize room occupancy and promote hotel services through effective upselling.
Operational & Financial Compliance

Follow proper procedures for handling cash, cards, and foreign currency.

Ensure full compliance with fire safety, security standards, and health & safety regulations.

Work with property management systems and front-of-house equipment efficiently.
Team Collaboration

Support cross-departmental operations when needed.

Participate in training sessions and contribute to night team development.

Maintain thorough knowledge of room categories, rates, promotions, and hotel facilities.
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential

High school certificate or equivalent.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role (preferably in hospitality).

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Excellent personal grooming and professional presence.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Comfortable using computers and hotel systems (IT-proficient).
