The dnata Cargo Operations team handles import, export, and transit cargo at Dubai Cargo Village, maintaining world-class standards in safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
📦 Role: Cargo Agent – Operations & ULD Handling
As a Cargo Agent, you will ensure the smooth flow of cargo across all operational stages—from acceptance and documentation to build-up, breakdown, and delivery. You’ll coordinate between customers, airlines, government authorities, and internal teams to maintain dnata’s global service excellence.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
1. Cargo Handling & Documentation
-
Manage acceptance, verification, and delivery of import/export cargo.

Check, count, and validate shipments at every stage.
-
Enter cargo data accurately in systems such as DACS+ and CAMSYS.
2. Coordination & Customer Communication
-
Liaise with Customs, Municipality, Health & Police for clearance.
-
Communicate with customers, couriers, and airlines for updates and issue resolution.
3. Equipment Operation
-
Operate tow tractors, forklifts, pallet movers, and ULD equipment.

Guide Loaders and Equipment Operators during daily tasks.
4. Safety, Quality & Compliance
-
Follow IATA standards for DG cargo, perishables, live animals, and valuables.

Report safety hazards and ensure compliance with dnata’s QHSE systems.

Inspect ULDs and ensure zero-defect handling.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
Education
-
O-Level (10 years schooling) or Higher Secondary (12 years).
Experience

0–2 years in logistics or cargo handling.
