Job Overview
Equipment Operators support essential airport ground operations including baggage handling, cargo movement, ramp support, and aircraft turnaround tasks. You’ll ensure safe and efficient movement of baggage, cargo, mail, and equipment while complying with strict aviation safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Safely sort, load, offload, and transport baggage, mail, and cargo.

Operate certified Ground Service Equipment (GSE) such as tugs, belt loaders, dollies, etc.

Inspect aircraft cargo holds and work areas for damage or abnormalities.

Conduct basic equipment checks to ensure GSE is functioning properly.

Follow all SOPs, safety rules, and operational guidelines.

Maintain compliance with Etihad Airport Services, Etihad Airways, and UAE regulatory standards.

Report incidents, near-misses, and safety hazards accurately.

Use handheld devices for daily operational tasks.
Education & Experience
-
Valid UAE Driver’s License required.

Minimum 1 year of experience in airport operations, logistics, or a related field.
