alfanar Electric is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist – Facility Management to support end-to-end procurement operations. The role focuses on sourcing reliable suppliers, managing purchasing activities, ensuring policy compliance, and maintaining strong coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors. This position plays a key role in achieving cost efficiency, quality assurance, and timely procurement delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Operations Support

Provide accurate and efficient procurement services in line with approved procurement policies and procedures.

Support daily purchasing activities to ensure uninterrupted operational workflows.
End-to-End Purchasing Activities
-
Manage the full procurement cycle within the assigned business area, from request initiation to final delivery.

Prepare RFQs and ITTs, receive and evaluate supplier quotations, and recommend the most suitable awarding options based on cost, quality, and compliance.
Supplier Sourcing & Contract Management

Identify, evaluate, and register new suppliers according to business and operational requirements.

Prepare comparison sheets, negotiate commercial and contractual terms, and finalize purchase orders and contracts.
Independent Execution & Issue Resolution

Execute assigned procurement tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Communicate directly with business units and suppliers to resolve delivery, invoicing, or documentation issues efficiently.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

Maintain professional and transparent communication with internal teams and external vendors.

Ensure smooth coordination across departments to support operational efficiency.

Support the development and documentation of procurement systems, policies, and procedures.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management standards to support safe operations and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering or any relevant discipline.
Experience:

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain functions.
