Key Responsibilities

Procurement Operations Support

  • Provide accurate and efficient procurement services in line with approved procurement policies and procedures.

  • Support daily purchasing activities to ensure uninterrupted operational workflows.

End-to-End Purchasing Activities

  • Manage the full procurement cycle within the assigned business area, from request initiation to final delivery.

  • Prepare RFQs and ITTs, receive and evaluate supplier quotations, and recommend the most suitable awarding options based on cost, quality, and compliance.

Supplier Sourcing & Contract Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and register new suppliers according to business and operational requirements.

  • Prepare comparison sheets, negotiate commercial and contractual terms, and finalize purchase orders and contracts.

Independent Execution & Issue Resolution

  • Execute assigned procurement tasks independently with minimal supervision.

  • Communicate directly with business units and suppliers to resolve delivery, invoicing, or documentation issues efficiently.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

  • Maintain professional and transparent communication with internal teams and external vendors.

  • Ensure smooth coordination across departments to support operational efficiency.

  • Execute planned procurement activities in alignment with delivery schedules and operational targets.

  • Optimize resource utilization to achieve objectives within defined cost and time constraints.

  • Prepare periodic reports highlighting progress, deviations, and corrective actions.

Problem-Solving

  • Resolve procurement-related issues promptly and escalate complex operational challenges when required.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure procurement activities meet quality standards, specifications, and process requirements.

  • Comply with company policies, procedures, work instructions, and regulatory requirements.

Business Process Improvement

  • Support the development and documentation of procurement systems, policies, and procedures.

  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

  • Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management standards to support safe operations and high-quality service delivery.


Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering or any relevant discipline.

Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain functions.
