Job Overview – Merchandising & Sales Roles
PepsiCo Merchandisers and Sales professionals play a critical role in driving product visibility, availability, and market execution. These positions involve close coordination with retail partners, route sales teams, and key accounts to ensure strong brand presence and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities (Role Dependent)

Execute in-store merchandising standards and planograms

Ensure product availability, stock rotation, and shelf visibility

Manage sales routes, outlets, and assigned territories

Build strong relationships with retailers and key customers

Achieve sales targets and distribution objectives

Monitor market trends, promotions, and competitor activity

Maintain accurate sales reports and documentation

Support key accounts and large-format retail partners

Ensure compliance with PepsiCo quality and safety standards
Required Skills & Experience

Previous experience in FMCG sales, merchandising, or route sales

Strong communication and customer-handling skills

Ability to work independently in field-based roles

Basic reporting and sales documentation skills

Valid driving license (mandatory for route sales roles)
