Inspire Brands is hiring a strategic and results-driven Manager, International Field Marketing to support multiple global restaurant brands across the Middle East region. The role focuses on guiding franchise partners, developing integrated marketing strategies, executing regional campaigns, and driving sustainable business growth.
This position requires a marketing leader with strong cross-cultural experience, deep analytical capability, and the ability to turn global brand strategy into highly effective local market execution.
Role Overview
The Manager, International Field Marketing will:

Support franchisees across international markets

Strengthen brand visibility, growth, and customer engagement

Ensure campaign consistency across branding, messaging, and promotions

Partner with cross-functional teams including Digital, Supply Chain, Culinary, Finance, and Operations
The role is based at the Dubai Support Center, working closely with franchise partners and Inspire Brands’ global teams.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Franchisee Marketing Support
-
Lead franchisees in planning and executing localized, multi-channel marketing strategies.

Ensure all campaigns align with regional and global business objectives.
2. Media & Digital Strategy
-
Manage traditional, digital, and emerging media channels.

Develop and support loyalty programs.

Partner with Regional Digital & Delivery Teams to enhance 3rd-party delivery performance.
3. Campaign Analytics & Optimization
-
Track and analyze marketing campaign results.
-
Use internal and external data to optimize effectiveness and improve ROI.
4. Market Insights & Growth Planning
-
Identify market trends, competitive insights, and business opportunities.
-
Support the development of omnichannel and digital initiatives.
5. Market Entry & Brand Launches
-
Lead planning and launch activities for new market entries.

Execute brand introduction strategies aligned with regional market needs.
6. Menu & Innovation Support
-
Work with franchisees and the Culinary Team to create region-relevant menu strategies.

Ensure product innovations align with local tastes.
7. Brand Governance

Maintain strong adherence to brand voice, visual identity, and communication guidelines across all markets.
Education & Experience Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business (mandatory)
-
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience

Experience in the restaurant/food industry (preferred)

International marketing experience required
