Nahdi Medical Co., one of Saudi Arabia’s leading omni-health retail organizations, is seeking a Healthcare Quality Senior Specialist to join its operations team in Jeddah. This role plays a key part in managing operational administration, pharmacy data integrity, incentive processing, and cross-functional coordination to support business efficiency and quality standards.
Job Overview
The Healthcare Quality Senior Specialist is responsible for executing and managing operational administrative tasks, ensuring accurate data management across pharmacy systems, processing monthly payments, and coordinating with multiple departments to support incentive schemes and employee-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
Pharmacy Data Management

Manage pharmacy data applications by extracting periodic reports

Coordinate with General Managers and Branch Managers to ensure regular data updates

Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all systems

Design templates and surveys using the Operations Survey System (Wufoo)
-
Extract and analyze survey responses to support reporting and decision-making
-
Create and follow up on Purchase Requests (PRs) for corporate projects via Oracle
-
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely project approvals and delivery
Monthly Payments & Payroll Coordination

Process monthly incentive payments by preparing final payment sheets and submitting them to payroll

Handle all incentive-related clarifications to ensure accurate and timely payments
-
Process monthly overtime payments with proper review and approval
-
Manage monthly salary payments for outsourced companies (security staff and laborers)

Review and approve final payment sheets before submitting to NTI and Finance
Cross-Functional Coordination
-
Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits, Commercial teams, and other stakeholders to design and review annual incentive schemes

Test and simulate incentive proposals to ensure effectiveness

Coordinate workshops and align with General Managers for incentive program implementation

Support employee clearance processes by calculating incentive payments for resigned employees and coordinating with HR
Additional Duties

Perform other duties as assigned in line with business requirements

Work Location: Indoor (100%)

Working Days: 6 days per week

Weekly Off: 1 day

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
Job Requirements
Education

Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree
Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant industry
