Job Overview
Al Rushaid Group, one of Saudi Arabia’s most reputable and fast-growing conglomerates, is hiring 20 Large Bus Drivers to support passenger transportation operations across the Eastern Province. This role requires a responsible, safety-focused, and customer-friendly professional who can ensure smooth and secure transport services.
Ideal candidates must have prior experience operating large buses, strong knowledge of traffic laws, and the ability to maintain high standards of safety and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a large bus following company rules and Saudi traffic regulations.

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in proper working condition.

Follow assigned schedules and designated routes; adjust safely for traffic delays when necessary.

Maintain cleanliness and organization inside and outside the bus.

Provide excellent customer service while assisting passengers.

Report accidents, breakdowns, or mechanical issues immediately.

Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and operational procedures.
Preferred Candidate Profile

Proven experience driving large buses.

Valid Saudi Large Bus Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Strong understanding of Eastern Province routes and road rules.

Ability to work 6 days a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Excellent safety awareness and attention to detail.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
