About the Store Supervisor Role
The Store Supervisor at Etihad Airways is responsible for overseeing all technical store operations, ensuring compliance with aviation safety and quality standards.
This role requires collaboration with multiple teams, including Technical Maintenance, Quality & Compliance, and Corporate Safety, to maintain seamless supply chain efficiency and uphold world-class aviation standards.
Key Responsibilities
As an Etihad Airways Store Supervisor, your main duties include:
1. Technical Store Management

Manage bonded stores and ensure all aviation spares comply with GCAA and OEM standards.

Monitor environmental conditions to protect stored materials and tools.
2. Policy & Process Improvement
-
Develop and standardize storekeeping procedures.

Introduce effective inventory control and layout designs to optimize efficiency.
3. 24/7 Operations Oversight

Ensure round-the-clock availability of aircraft parts and tools.

Supervise shift rotations and manpower for continuous operations.
4. Tools & Equipment Control
-
Oversee calibration, issuance, and tracking of maintenance tools.

Maintain high precision and accountability across all operations.
5. Inventory & Stock Reconciliation

Conduct periodic stock checks and maintain accuracy in Etihad ERP (AMOS).

Manage customer-owned inventory and contractual compliance.
6. Safety & Compliance

Promote a strong safety-first culture.

Ensure full compliance with Etihad’s Safety and Quality Manual and aviation regulations.

Support internal and external audits effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or a related technical field.
💼 Experience:

Minimum 5 years in aviation logistics or technical stores management.

Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Familiarity with ERP systems (AMOS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
