Job Description: As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in propelling our business forward. Your responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and sealing up deals. The ideal candidate should have a proven sales track record, a solid grasp of UAE market dynamics, and proficiency in both Arabic and English.


  1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and trends, and should be able to use those insights to develop effective sales strategies.
  2. Sales Development: Actively explore new sales avenues in the field and online to achieve sales targets. Foster and maintain client relationships for lasting partnerships.
  3. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products, particularly in the Beverage Industry. And clear articulation skills to provide.
  4. Client Management: Manage existing client relationships, ensuring needs are met and promptly resolving issues. Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services.
  5. Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate contract terms and finalize sales deals to meet revenue targets. Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  6. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, including pipelines, projections, and achievements. Provide valuable market feedback to the management team.
  7. Undertake ad-hoc sales projects, accomplish targets, etc.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of proven sales experience in UAE, preferably in FMCG, with a focus on the Beverage Industry.
  • Visa Status: Valid UAE visa and Non-Objection Certificate (NOC) from the previous employer.
  • Driving License: UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory.
  • Skills: Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Educational degree is not a limitation for candidates demonstrating expertise.
  • Additional: Must have Own Visa. UAE sales experience in FMCG, preferably the Beverage Industry.
