- Receive all the items ordered by the hotel
- Follow the receiving procedure and porters in the delivery of direct issue items to the kitchen and other departments
- Inspects and verifies all goods received and ensure in line with the purchase specification
- Keep accurate records of all transactions
- Ensure that receiving area is always clean
